We hope you are satisfied with your Berg & Berg purchase, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the original garment tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
